Green juice, green smoothies, green food, if food was a song on the charts it would be breaking records for holding its #1 spot for years. When I moved to university, I got a nutri bullet so obviously I was all about that smoothie life and here is my go to recipe that fills you up whilst giving you loads of nutrients. AND don’t worry it lasts ah-may-zing, you’re welcome. Just so you know, I don’t follow any specific measurements, I just kinda go with it, if it doesn’t work out… well, welcome to my life. 1 handful of spinach
1 handful of kale
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
About a handful of frozen mango
A splash of orange juice
A splash of water
About two passion fruit insides (sorry I have no idea what that would be called)
Then blitz it and drink it baby!
